Lights in the Woods
Visited By Many New Families !
They came from as far away as the North Pole, Michigan, & Florida to be part of our Lights in the Woods event! We had to overcome, weather, and technical difficulties, but it was all worth it in the end to see the children light up as Santa answered their questions and assured them he knew where they lived! Kathy and her team of Percherons, Margaret & Princess, and Belgians,Jennifer & Kiwi, wound their way through the farm singing holiday favorites to the rythym of the horses sleigh bells. Visitors warmed themselves at the bonfire drinking hot chocolate or hot cider, while others followed their tour guides as they walked through the barns and met the animals. We look forward to having this event again next year. A special THANK YOU to all of our volunteers without whom we could not have run this event.
